1 year after application, not 1 cent received from UIF

I app**** for UIF a year ago when I was retrenched and still to this day I have never received not one cent. Emails get ignored, phone calls you get told "it's in the process". I contributed to this "scheme" from the time I was 18 only to find out when you will one day need it, you will never receive anything from them.
