1 MONTH MATERNITY - BEEN WAITING TWO YEARS NOW STILL NO PAYMENT

I am a single mom and have app**** for Maternity Leave in October of 2021. It is now two years later and I have yet to receive any payment or feedback. All I get is lies and answers from consultants who don't even know the rules of their own department. Every consultant I speak to gives a different excuse or says a team leader will call me back. Two years later and I am still waiting for the call. Please keep in mind that I call Weekly. I cannot take a day off to go sit at the UIF office in Bellville as I cannot afford it. I am in debt because of this. Why keep paying UIF if I cannot even get 1 MONTH Maternity!!!
