What a ****** sick joke. If you are not seated with an agent by 4 pm, you get to leave and go back another day. They cannot check all your forms and information in one go, but stop at the first (slightest) problem and send you away. They walk around as if they have all the time and no cares in the world. Come back and stand for hours in the queue, pay for transport, etc., they do not give a damn.<br> Phone the Call Centre, listen to the bull about how important you are for about 30 minutes, get told they cannot help, then ask to speak to a manager - good luck. Call centre trained to avoid this at all cost, even putting the phone down on you.
