UIF - UFiling blocked account

I have been waiting for over a MONTH to have my U-Filing account unblocked by the U-Filing Department. It is an absolute JOKE! I unfortunately typed in my account username incorrectly on registration and could not access the portal. I was then asked for vetting questions, (WHICH I ANSWERED CORRECTLY!!!) and they blocked my account saying that I did not vet correctly. I cannot reregister another account as it is linked to my ID. (Which certified ID I ALSO submitted to get the account unlocked). This is now over a month!!!!
