MAKHANDA COIDA TO RELOCATE
Operate like a captured unit in a Democratic South Africa. I have been going to Makhanda Department of Employment and Labour, in most cases the ONLY official that deals with COIDA left work unnoticed and that behaviour is accepted, tolerated and even his superiors see nothing wrong. People travel from distance and all to find out the COIDA official allegedly bunked work. I once made a suggestion that COIDA should visit Makhanda just like SARS as the department is dysfunctional. Many people bounced as they are not attended to and the official does not even have a contactable number; citizens are forced to go there and only to find out his is not at work. Even at Provincial level, there is nothing they do the remedy the situation while the vulnerable people continue to suffer and endure the pain of having their claims stalling.
