Uif payment not received

I’m very disappointed with the service,it’s alone a month waiting for my payment,it’s now the 4th week since I made the claim,the status was on payment completed since the 12th of this month,but the payment haven’t reflected,as per the sms it stated that it will reflect within 7days now it’s the 11th day. I have been calling but I’m not getting any help.
