Terrible service and blatant incompetence at Durban Labour Centre Marine Parade ! My contract ended 17 Jan 2026, app**** for UIF on 26 Jan. Did follow-ups, only to find out on 11 Feb my application was rejected due to incorrect termination date (said 3 Feb, should be 17 Jan ). Reapp**** on 12 Feb, now call centre says no new application on system. Unemployed, bills to pay, and Labour can't even get basics right. Frustrating and unacceptable!
