WORST SERVICE EVER

I am not getting any joy with this department, one of my employees got injured on the 6th Feb 2024. We made a claim to the compensation fund to date that claim hasn't been captured, payment to us hasn't been made. Out of Ubuntu I paid my employee 100% from the time of the accident till August 2024. Every time you call its either they have system issues, or claim hasn't been captured on the system but the doctors have been paid. We are being undermined here. CLAIM NUMBER : ***8
