Worse service when it comes to department of labour

Worse service ever. The money is supposed to help people after losing their job but the process of claiming take more than 2 months to get your money if you are lucky. I submitted the claim 13 May 2025 and I was approved I was given the date 13 June to come a request for payment which I did. Since then I haven't received any payment and yesterday I called the call centre I was told that the payment was processed on the 18 June and I need to wait. How do we wait while we depend on that month to help us cover monthly bills. I checked the status on their website it still says payment reserved. This is really not fair at all.
