Very poor service

I'm so disappointed by the Department of Labour since we did a claim in 2018 as My Father passed on till to date we never got the money all they do they keep on postponing the dates so the service they serve us isn't a good one because it's been years now we haven't got the money even thought we submitted all the documentation. Can the executive intervene in this matter
