Utterly disgusted poor service and no adherence to SLA

My Wife has uploaded all her documents a year ago for maternity benefits, can you please she is still waiting for approval, when you call the call centre they keeps saying soon it will be rectified, how *********** can you be to make someone wait a year for payment till today there is no feedback.
