USELESS DEPARTMENT OF LABOUR COMPENSATION FUND

I had an injury in 2018 - to date still not paid out. I called in 2024 to be told they are not happy with 1 small detail. I got the doctor to fill out the form. Every time I call (about 15 times) over many days I get told some staff are online and some are offline. I must call again and go back into the que. Every time I go back into the que they are offline. They take my details and promise to call me back and yet no call. They owe R2000. They asked for my claim number, I said they provide this. They say they are not helping with out the claim number. The lady who was helping from COID is 2018 said Compensation Fund are giving me the run around and gave me the claim number. My profile can be pulled out via my ID. They use every excuse not to pay out. USELESS
