unsatisfied with service received

i was injured while on duty at woolworths Watermeyer park on the 17.02.1999 .i lodge a claim with Corporate Industrial & Risk Consultants which made a first payout in 2007. There was an outstanding portion which is also due to be paid. Am trying to claim the remaining portion however Corporate Industrial & Risk Consultants says they need my first Medical report.I gave them the report they turned me away stating that the report is not clear (same report they used for first payment). They also asked for MRI scan which cost R14 000.00 from my own pocket. I recently had a CT scan done at Kalafong hospital but the company says they specifically want MRI scan. I have all documents but they still giving me run runarounds. am a pensioner depending on social grunt. All am asking for is my full payout.
