Unpaid pension fund

Katy Prince ID pension no:748982 unpaid pension of July 2025. This issue started last month when I didn't get paid. I go and report this matter at Kimberley Departmeny of labour was only assist after 3 visits. I send emails to 3 people that couldn't assist me that's how I end up go to the Department. I was told by the Manthe payroll system was change from the old to the new system. I only got paid at the 10 of June 2025 and our payment dates is 25 of every month. This month 25July 2025 I also didn't get paid I write another email was told their didn't received any none payments list yet. So told the I am conf6it was the system iss6last this month has no explanation. This people treat me very badly since I got injured started with my documents submissions where I was send from.pilar to pst and been laughs at by all of them. I end up speaking to the HOD that's when I started to be assisted. This Kimberley labour the depart are very bad they don't care about anyone but themselves. This is my only income I receive I have kids at school and bills to pay their totally don't care at all. Please help me I am tired of running after them every month for this little money I receive and yet I get this bad treatment from them.
