UIF USELESS CALL CENTRE!!!

I am disappointed in the service, I went on maternity leave in November 2020 and I am still awaiting my payments. All relevant documentation has been submitted ages ago, I submitted the last documents needed from my previous employer Dynamic Brands on the 18th of March. ALL of my paperwork is in order and has been sent to you people, everyday I call in I’m met with excuses as to why payment has not been made. On the Ufilling website NOTHING HAS BEEN UPDATED! It says “awaiting medical certificate” since December. All of my paperwork has been sent and I have proof! I’ve been told on countless occasions that you people apologize and a supervisor will call me back because my paperwork was not been loaded by whoever received it there which is NOT my problem. I made the effort to make sure everything was submitted and I am being taken for a fool by your call center telling me different things every time I call. I want my money because I worked my ass off for that money and IT BELONGS TO ME!!! NOT THE DAMN GOVERNMENT!!! No one can give me answers. How much longer am I suppose to wait. Those in charge don't respond to emails, calls, nothing and why is there even a call center? The level of incompetence is just pathetic. I am tired of the run around and basically begging for the money that I am due.
