I submitted my paperwork on the 6th of March at the Sandton Labour branch in Gauteng. My application was approved then i submitted my continuation of benefits on the 21 March 2024 then paymaster closed on the11th of april i have been waiting for payment ever since been calling the call center on daily basis was due to sign for 2nd payment on the 18th of april which my status was sent to paymaster on the same day nothing has changed ever since.

I went back to the dpt o the 22nd of April i was told that money will reflect in my account by Friday the 26th of April which it don't then i went back on the 29th of April then was told money will reflect in my account by Friday the 3rd which still its not reflecting i called the call center on the 29th i was told my issue has been escalated i should call back on Thursday For feedback which i did and they telling me they don't have a response for me.
