Terrible service

Good Morning Trust you are well My name is Kuben I'm from Durban. My Dad Mr Perumal Chinsamy I'd no *** was receiving pension monthly for the past 30 years .He had an accident in the late 1980s prior to the 1993 act. He passed away in March 2020 due to a stroke as he was severely on medication over the years. My mum. Is still alive and she is fully dependant on him . I have been running to labour centers for the past year and half with no joy . Yes my dad's death certificate has natural causes but I did engage an attorney to dispute this as we have grounds to prove . Attached is the letter from my attorney with response to date . A lady Nosihle from verulam labour did acknowledge the letter from my attorney but still no reply . I did call the call centers numerous times then they emailed me documents to fill and sign by my mum which I did . I did email the attorney letter and the response email I received below is

Attached is all doocumts and letter from attorney but now I receive no response .

The service is poor at labour centers and call centers .

Since 2020 I am running around

Would really appreciate response as I would like to take this further .
