Service Delivery State Owned Entities.

Where in South Africa will you get a Government Entity like ESKOM; LABOUR DEPARTMENT; SARS; HOME AFFIARS to name a few where you can say that you receive a proper service to your satisfaction. No where. I am getting my pension from The Department of Labour. The Compensation Fund. On the 25th October 2019 I did not receive my pension as normally. After investigating the matter I discovered that The Compensation Fund have changed the System on which they do the pension payments. How ever how long before the time did The Compensation Fund know that they going to change the pension payment system. Why was the thousands of pensioners like me not contacted before hand to inform us that what is happening. Then we would have been prepared to adjust and change our accounts. The person I dealt with at The Compensation Fund. Mbali Ndlovu send me an e - mail with two (2) different versions of what I must do. When I submit the documentation on the first (1) version she informed me know it is not right I can not use my wife's account any more. Although all the relevant statements and documentation from the bank was submitted. Then I had to do the whole exercise all over. Eventually after two (2) weeks I received my pension into my bank account. I then think of all the people who wasn't in the position to have all the facilities to provide there documentation. What is happening to South Africa. When are these people going to relies that they are in positions not just to receive there salaries every month but to serve the people of South Africa. We can only pray for them so that they can come to there senses to deliver a proper Service to the people of South Africa.
