******* Service From the Department of Labour

I'm writing in frustration because of the appalling service I have received from these guys. I logged a ticket for trade name change in January and up to this day it is still not done. I sent multiple emails with the supporting documents they requested with very little luck. Each time I reach the call center people they give feedback that it will be done in 3 weeks. It's been a long 3 weeks, it's been 3 weeks since January.

I have since logged another request for the same change.

Their service is awful, a 1 star rating is too kind.
