Register organisation error message

This one department which is very crucial to businesses is proving to be one of the worst departments, I am trying to file my business returns and there is an error message that has been showing since the beginning of year despite efforts of trying to resolve this issue the only thing I am getting are just call references with no resolution whatsoever
