Poor service received from department of labour

Department of labour hired lazy and useless people who do not care about people at all..imagine I went to the department of labour last year to do my UIF claim and they were busy taking me from pillar to post and they were busy saying email the payment document with banking details then yesterday I decided to go there personally instead of communicating via email then they told me that the claim has expired meanwhile they were the one who delayed the process so now my claim cannot be paid out so meaning all along I was contributing for charity and thanks to all the lazy and selfish employees of departments department of labour
