Poor service from dep of labour

Poor service i have been contacting the call center since last month with no help and one of your consultant told me to go to nearest branch they will assist me to unblock , i went there and they could assist me ,currently now I'm devastated even today when i call them they gave me the same answer that they have escalated. Now it will be two months with no money waiting for the dep to unblock me while I'm contributing every month. What kind of service are we getting?

I even sent an email to their complain dep with no response.
