Poor service

Two years ago paid my companies return for the year. Then i received a fine for late payment. The payment was not late and i send all proof and documents to department of labour. Last year when i did the return we gort flagged.I do not know how these people are thinking.It was covid and all tourism companies suffered. Even though i snd all nessasary documents for the audit. never the less to say until today one year later never received any feedbank. The penalty is still on the statement.They are useless useless and after sending 40 emails and 10 call still not one feedback
