Poor Goverment Service

I am struggling for 6 months to chance a starting date for a Company. The previous accountant register the Company with the incorrect date. I send email like crazy. I even received 2 phone calls to say they are busy working on this. When phoning this week, the consultant was very rude and told me i did not email my documents through. Now where did they get my documents to work on. Still nothing happened and in the meantime the business cannot get a Letter of Good standing for his tenders. This is now what i call service. 6 Months and nothing happened.
