PE labour department not perfoming their jobs

I submitted my documents on the 31st of May for Martenity when I returned due to dates that were changed at work on the 17th June only to find out that my documents were never captured. People who came to labour with me and after me already received payments. I came back today only to fund out my claim hasnt been touched. How does the labour department think we survive without income with newborns???? How ??? I am appauled by this behaviour of them thinking that we are begging for money that is rightfully ours.
