Payment issue, rude service from there employee who is still giving out that service

I see now the best response will be to start using acts of violence, this seems to be a language people will understand clearly, no feedback since i requested details pertaining my issues and from the heads of department.

I will definitely post this and i will be making my way to your offices, should any one of your employees be rude as they are usually i will use violence to resolve any issues from now on, I want South Africa and the world can see how the South African government are treating their citizens and this will also open eyes to people who are experiencing the same issues.

Respond, dont respond i don't care i will take matters into my own hands seeing as the heads are silent and quiet.
