Pathetic service

Absolutely pathetic service my grandad was shot on duty in 2019 and till date the lady has been making my disabled granny run around I tried calling Emailing and she even has the audacity to cut the call please hire staff who know what they are doing and have basic human decency and capabilities to carry such important roles properly half the staff do not have a clue as to what they are doing I honestly do not know whose in charge of recruiting but you are doing and Absolutely terrible job there's no sympathy no explanation and absolutely distasteful attitude you get from these employees are beyond understanding they treat you as if they are doing you a favor when they get a damn well fat salary to assist the public
