Pathetic service

Good day due to lockdown been trying to contact the workmans compensation fund dept but cannot go through.sent emails no response.also sent letters from attorney to them with no reply.need help as my dad was on a workmans compensation fund since 1985 however due to severe injuries he was declared unfit.over the years on extensive medication due to the injury he has suffered a stroke and passed on .he is survived by his spouse who was fully dependant on him .sure she can receive some sort of benefits
