Pathethic service from the Department of Labour

I have been battling with a release of my payment since June 2019...i had been injured at work last year and upon submitting all the necessary documents via email and physically at the branch i was asked to come back at ap****ted dates since August 2019...absolutely nothing has been done with regards to processing of my claim and releasing of my funds...i keep calling their offices only to be told that systems are still not loaded which has been their excuse since August...i am a single mum with 2kids to provide for...i have not received any payment and my company had stopped my salary since June due to compensation that needed to process my payment..if anyone can assist me in helping to release my payment i will appreciate it immensely...i called this morning as well to hear the same excuse..No system to process payment...i jad asked the lady if they cannot process it manually and she blatantly refused so i really have no idea what else needs to be done in order to get paid!!!
