Maternity leave payment

Submitted a martenity leave claim in 2021 received 1st payment and then never received any payment thereafter. Been calling almost everyday,July 2023 they said I will receive payment as Paymaster closed case for 2nd payment on the 7/07/2023 till today I don't get any feedback as I was told they will investigate but till today.
