Injury on duty

I was injury on duty March 2016 and fill in the claim form with my employer went to the specialist and done the operation and when the.time goes by this operation is troubling my knee and want to the.dr using my pocket for.consultation and officilas sad they will refund me the consultation fee till today I have not receive none I still got the receipt with me as proof they denied it they sad they want the CD 10 codes and have never been compensated I would like to find out why was that Because till now this operation I made on my knee is troubling me once the weather gets clumsy. I need clarity what else is needed to be done by me.
