I got injured at work in March 2022, today its September 16 2024 and compensation fund is yet to compensate for even 1 thing out of the many.

It was march 2022 when I fell at work and injured my knee, tearing my meniscus and partially tearing my ACL too. I have done 2 surgeries on my knee thus far, countless physio theraphy sessions, biokinetics, hydrotheraphy, specialist consultations, MRI's, Hospital stays , Medication and etc. Compensation fund has not compensated for any of that. I had to wait for more than 3 months for a hospital surgery to be approved but guess what they never got back to us, this after my case was accepted long time ago, because of my condition I had to end up doing surgery on my own finances, I couldn't wait any longer. What a horrible experience, they practically ghosted me.
