Government Department.
I have tried 5 weeks to register with the department. Their online system does not work. The call centre has nobody who is trained to do their work. After 5 weeks I was forced fill in forms. Now I get told that I have been escalated - whatever that means. The problem is that I have to now retrench my staff as a result of the inefficiency of this useless department. They don't care if we lose our jobs. In fact, nothing can make them happier than to see us losing our jobs.

04 Feb 2025, 11:10I struggled altogether 4 months to get a registration from the Dept Labour.
Never will I ever advise anyone to try and communicate with this useless government department. The staff and the supervisors are hugely unprofessional.
Eventually I went to a private company.
FEM took only a week to do the complete registration - Thank you FEM your staff are brilliant and very professional.
