FUMING MAD!!!!

EXTREMELY UNHAPPY WITH THE UIF!!!! I NEED MY MONEY!!!! I am extremely appalled by the treatment that i received from the department of Labor. After several back and forth, claims being declined and then being resolved. I finally got an approval, my unemployment's claim took 13 days for the paymaster to close...i received a SMS saying that my payment claim has been processed and i will receive payment in 7 working days in to my bank account. today is day 11 and no funds, my status on the uif portal reads Paymaster - closed .....Its taken me 4 months to get to this point and still no money or trace of when these funds will be paid to me.

I have lost my place of residence and i have no food thanks to the uif....while they go home to their perfect lives there are people out here waiting for their hard earned money to be paid to them by the uif and with zero concern or effort from the uif department they can not even give you a clear explanation.
