Dept of Labour

I have been trying since April 2021 to get someone from the Labour Dept to help me with submitting our WCA returns for 2*** . I have tried all the numbers on the website , including the call centre , without success . Either continuously engaged or just rings . There is no local phone numbers for Durban and no administration staff to help . It's a total mess !!! Has anyone have a recent phone number that i can use ?
