DEPARTMENT OF LABOUR - USELESS IN ALL ASPECTS

the *** email does not respond to emails by issuing ticket numbers to the persons emailing them. Also, i have tried for longer than a year to correct an incorrect submission (received ONE {1} ticket number only) and it still has not been resolved. Also, the one ticket number that i received (after sending more than 50 emails) had been reported as no attachments even though an attachment was made on the email.

WHO DO I NEED TO SLEEP WITH TO GET THIS MATTER RESOLVED!!!
