The service is absolutely appauling. I accidentally paid money to the Compensation Fund instead of the RMA (I know this is on me). But, if you see money in your account and cannot allocate it because reference doe not match anything on your system, should this refund process not be very simple. I have personally gone into their offices in PTA, handed in my documents as per their request on the 25th of May 2021 and till today no one can give me an indication of when and how the process will be completed. I am so frustrated as it was not a little bit of money.
