Department of Labour - Compensation Fund: Poor Service and Total lack of commitment.

Department of Labour Division: Compensation Fund, CF Call Centre Wednesday, 25 March 2020 RE: Letter of Good standing 1st Date: We submitted our company Documentation on the 7th February 2020 (Docs: Application for Registration, CEO’s ID, Company Registration Document, VAT and TAX certificates) 2nd Date: On the 8th February 2020 we received this mail: (Ticket: EAFFA3D5EF801 Re: RE: Registration form) 3rd Date: On the 11th February 2020 we requested a progress report. 4th Date: On the 14th February 2020 we requested a progress report again. 5th Date: On the 14th February 2020 CF Call centre send us a mail to inform it will take 21 days. 6th Date: On the 25th February 2020 we requested a progress report. 7th Date: On the 4th March 2020 we send the Registration documents, CEO’s ID for the request on the progress. 8th Date: On the 5th March 2020, I phoned the CF Call centre, Tebogo said they didn’t receive our company documentation, so we send it again. 9th Date: On the 6th of March 2020, CF Call Centre requested more documentation. 10th Date: On the 9th March 2020 We sent a mail with all the documentation through to '***' to see if he could assist us with the letter of good standing registration documentation. 11th Date: 12th March 2020 the CF Call Centre requested all our documents again. 12th Date: 24th March 2020 the CF Call Centre requested all our documents again. (Ticket: EAFFA3D5EF801 Re: RE: Registration form) 13th Date: 24th March 2020 we tried to call CF Call Centre and was holding on for 50minutes and nobody answered the phone.
