Department of labour - Compensation Fund

I submitted my doccuments months ago. The person at the call centre confirmed that he'd received them. Two months later(after calling multiple times and being put on hold for 10-20minutes) I call again and two call centre agents told me that the doccuments have not been received. What a complete waste of airtime and time. It's official, anything government related is a big fat joke that's not even funny. I am certain I will not be compensated. Which begs the question, why do does my employer even pay for this joke of a fund. Sies, I'm disgusted at the service I've received.
