Department of labor compensation fund Bursary is a ****

I am extremely disappointed in the Bursary scheme of the department. We have always been **** to about our stipends. Students have not received stipends since schools opened. They keep saying that it will be paid but it is not.

They don't pay for our accommodation, we got locked out too. I can imagine students who live far and don't have financial support.

This Bursary scheme is not different to NSFAS even now we don't have money to even go to school.
