Dawn of the Incompetence World Order: Feel It, It Is Here!!!

I was involved in an MVA in 2015 along the N4 Belfast. Lodged claim with Dept of Labour after hospital. To my surprise, I am still awaiting finalisation and award since then as I was declared a PD aka permanently disabled. Successive follow-ups lead to nowhere which led me to abandon and request termination of said tenuous claim and I could not be granted such in Nelspruit/ Mbombela DOL offices due to policy blah! blah! blah!... . Challenge is, there is no line of authority as to who one must lodge complaints with, instead I am left to the vices of the junior clerk who tried their utmost to assist but as public service is widely known for sheer incompetence, the young clerk cannot go way beyond their seniors nor push them as they go about with their tea and lunch breaks... . The situation is debilitating and nauseating, cause it's utter display that we absolutely have no public service, let alone government...it's so appalling, seeing how they seemingly have a PhD Looting and Incompetence, I suspect!
