Consistently Delayed Payments and No Communication

I am extremely disappointed with the service from the Department of Labour. I was supposed to receive my payment this month, but once again, nothing has come through. This has become a regular issue, with my payments arriving late almost every month.

There is no clear communication or explanation for the delays, and trying to get hold of someone who can assist is a frustrating and time-consuming process. Many of us rely on these payments, and the lack of consistency is both stressful and unacceptable.

I sincerely hope the Department improves its systems and takes accountability for the ongoing delays, as this is affecting real people with real needs.
