Compensation Fund does not care!
As a company, we escalated our ‘audit’, which was flagged in July 2025, in February 2026. After many calls, on 18 March it was confirmef that our escalation did not include on their side the ‘affected department’. The customer care person confirmed on that day that all paperwork is in order, the ‘affected department’ is selected and its being submitted.
Since then, we’ve been put (according to the customer representative), on the ‘complaints spreadsheet’ three times, without any progress. Twice times the customer representative has informed me that the relevant Supervisor will be informed.
Each time the customer representative apologises for the delay, ackowledging that this issue is outside of the normal contract terms (at this point in time nearly 11 months after initial flag for audit, and over 4 months after formal escalation.
We have lost actual business because of Compensation Fund being slow. We were not able to get more business because of Compensation Fund being slow. Our little family business is suffering because of Compensation Fund.
I have all the call references. I tried submitting a formal complaint via email. I received a response to email customer care, the very department which I called numerous times.
I see this as perhaps the final course of action as reaching out, calling, even posting to their facebook did not help. ROE submissions is closing in 3 weeks, and I was informed by customer care today that our company will NOT be able to submit our ROE until the audit is completed.
Compensation Fund is supposed to help people, instead it seems like they don’t care! Almost a year for a simple process.
