COMPENSATION FUND CALL CENTER - NOT ANSWERING PHONES

Have been trying to call ********** 350 for two weeks now. Cannot get trough. Says number is unobtainable. Then today I got trough. I was put on hold for 1 hour after witch the line went dead. I get the feeling there are 5 people employed to tend to calls from 5 million citizens. Of those 5 officials there are 2 on tea and 2 absent. leavening 1 person manning the phones.
