Claims unpaid, no feedback for non payment

Good Day On 19th September 2014 , I was brutally attacked and sustained injuries at a public school, Vukazakhe High School in Umlazi. My main concern is : I was assisted by schools ward manager, Mr P M Mdabe to complete the form "Employer's report of an accident" Compensation for Occupational Injuries and diseases act, 1993 Section 6 (A) (b) -Annexure 13. I believe that I had to be compensated for injuries sustained while on duty or I must get a feedback if I don't qualify. The recent attempt I made early this year was to forward my documents to the office of the Deputy President , Mr DD Mabuza of which they reverted forwarded documents to the department of labour.
