bad service

have been trying to apply for COIDA since beginning of July and i get an error everytime i get told they are escalating the error to be removed, until today nothing has been done, i went to labour department in Germiston yesterday the lady also telling me the same story she is escalating but nothing is happening, i am very frustrated
