Backdate increase

Compensation fund is playing with people since from April this year we haven't received our yearly increase as pensioners and now is almost 8 months when I make inquiries to them, they don't reply to my emails and that makes me suspicious that they've eaten our money as pensioners. Can someone make a follow-up on this matter to find out what is happening.
