Appalling Service

I have been trying to get hold of Department of LABOUR Orlando branch but no one bothers to answer the phone. On the 9th of December I went there to submit my documents and everything was in order, I did try at first to submit my claim online but I had issues, before those issues my banking details were filled in correctly, I had to go to the Orlando offices because Maponya branch they can't help with regards to submitting UIF claims at all (I wonder).

Finally I got assistance on the 9th but now the Consultant that was assisting me "Doctor" assured me everything was OK then he gave me a ref number. So after two days I decided to log on to Ufiling and wanted to check if all was in order, to my surprise acc number was changed, completely different from the document I brought in from the bank, completely different from the one I had captured too.

On Friday I figured I should go there so they can amend because the fault wasn't on my side, when I got there I spoke to Doctor and he reffered the matter to his manager Salome. They did check everything and yes acc nunber was definitely incorrect, the manager asked me to go back to the bank and fill in the form, lol, I went back to the bank when I got back their system was offline. I spoke to Salome again and she took the form and gave me a copy and assured me that she will do it on Tuesday and she'll make sure everything is processed but even today when I log on nothing has changed, yesterday when I went there still they were offline.

Today I've been trying to get hold of them, finally someone had the courage to answer and I have been told that the system is off it'll be back up in January 2020, how's that possible?

Why wasn't I advised when I was there on Friday and yesterday? How come Doctor captured the incorrect account number that wasn't on the form, how did the system accept that acc nunber that wasn't linked to my ID number?

Our government need to train their before they can actually allocate anyone on any position. I am really annoyed
