A government of Maria's refusing to pay my UIF

I app**** for UIF on the 11th of February 2020. I submitted all required documents. until to date i have not received my claim. I have emailed numerous times with no response. During lockdown I could not afford basics. Landlord is demanding rental and I'm about to be served with legal papers for rental. Yet you have a commissioner and minister who are media celebrities yet as a South African citizen my constitutional right is trembled upon by this department and no one cares.
