18 years waiting on compensation still

Im waiting 18 years for compensation from this department.I hurt myself at work and on a disability grant from sassa as a result of this incident.A couple of years back i received an email from them stating that i need to wait 6 to 8 weeks for processing,which never happend.Till to date my emails gets returned with tickets but never gets attended to.Please i cannot work and i need my monies.Claim number A***
